01 When you can cancel

• You can cancel any time before the order is dispatched.
• Most in-stock orders are packed in 1–2 business days, so write as soon as you decide.
• Once the parcel is with the courier, it cannot be cancelled.

02 How to cancel

1. Message usWhatsApp or email the order number and the word “Cancel”.
2. We checkWe confirm the order has not left Surat.
3. ConfirmedYou get a written confirmation. The cancellation is final only after we confirm it.
4. RefundedIf you had already paid, the amount is refunded. A cash-on-delivery order that has not been paid needs no refund.

Also send the phone number or email used at checkout. Messages that arrive outside a business day are taken in the order they came, on the next working day.

03 Changing your order

• Address or phone: only before dispatch. Send the new details with the order number.
• Size: before dispatch, we can change it if that size is in stock. Any price difference is confirmed with you first.
• Adding a piece: a placed order cannot take a new item. Place a new order.
• After dispatch, nothing can be changed. After delivery, a size exchange is within 4 days, if the size is in stock, with the ₹350 exchange charge.

04 Refunds for cancelled orders

• A prepaid order cancelled before dispatch is refunded. Banks often take a few working days to show it.
• A cash-on-delivery order cancelled before dispatch has nothing to refund.
• This is only for cancellations. After delivery, ThisMe is exchange-first. Read the refund policy.

05 If your order has already shipped

A shipped order cannot be cancelled or called back. Accept the parcel, record the unboxing, and if you need a size exchange, ask within 4 days of delivery. Tracking comes by SMS, email, or WhatsApp when it ships.

06 Refusing a cash on delivery parcel

Cancel before dispatch instead of refusing the parcel at the door. A refused COD parcel comes back to Surat at our cost and holds stock from someone else. If COD orders from the same phone number or address are refused repeatedly, later orders may be prepaid only.

07 When ThisMe may cancel an order

We may cancel if a piece goes out of stock, if a price or listing is clearly wrong, if the pin code cannot be served, or if an order looks fraudulent or misuses an offer. We will tell you on WhatsApp or email, and a prepaid amount is refunded.

08 Cancelling part of an offer order

Buy 2 Get 1, Buy 3 Get 2, and 100ME apply to the order as it is shown in the cart. If you cancel some pieces before dispatch, the offer is worked out again on what remains, and a prepaid refund is the difference between what you paid and the new total.
