Important notice
A few things every ThisMe customer should know: the only official ways to reach us, how to avoid a fake message, and the rules that keep exchanges and offers fair.

01 Our only official channels
Support is only through the channels below. WhatsApp is chat only. We do not make or take support calls.
You can also email toodesi.shop@gmail.com. Instagram @thisme.in is for updates, not for orders or payments.
02 Beware of fraud and impersonation
ThisMe support is WhatsApp +91 99096 77178 (chat only), info@thisme.in, and toodesi.shop@gmail.com.
Any other number, WhatsApp account, email, social profile, website, or person claiming to be ThisMe does not belong to us. We do not call you for support.
ThisMe will not ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, card details, or passwords, ask you to install an app, or ask you to pay a personal bank account or UPI ID.
Do not share an order or a payment anywhere else. ThisMe and Shree Kuberlaxmi Textile are not responsible for a loss that comes from paying or talking to anyone outside these channels. If a message feels wrong, check it on our WhatsApp first.
Warning signs: a call or message from an unknown number about a refund, a prize, or a lucky draw; a request to pay a “delivery” or “verification” fee; a payment link from a personal number; a request to install a screen-sharing app.
03 How to verify a message

- Stop if you are unsureMessage us yourself on the official WhatsApp before you share anything.
- Tell usSend us the suspicious number or profile so we can warn others. You can also report cyber fraud at cybercrime.gov.in or by calling 1930.
04 Record an unboxing video
For a damage report or an exchange, send photos and a clear unboxing video: the sealed parcel, the label, and the piece. Damage should be reported within 24 hours. An exchange request is within 4 days. Read the unboxing video guide and the refund policy.
05 Offers and coupons
- Offers apply only on thisme.in, as the cart and checkout show them.
- Buy 2 Get 1 and Buy 3 Get 2 run on selected styles. 100ME is ₹100 off a first order, once per customer.
- An offer from any other page, number, or profile is not valid. See Offers.
06 Cash on delivery etiquette
A refused cash-on-delivery parcel is shipped both ways. Please place a COD order only when you mean to accept it. If the same number or address refuses COD again and again, later orders from it may be prepaid only.
07 Festive and holiday breaks
During a festival break the team may pause replies, packing, and exchanges for a few days. The dates will be on this page and on the site banner before the break starts. Orders placed in a break are packed in order once we are back. A parcel delivered during a break still has the 4-day exchange window.
08 Colours, sizes, and measurements
A small shift in colour, print placement, or measurement is normal for cloth and for a screen. Check the size chart on the product, and read the size guide and fabric and care before you order.
